Well and Good Growth is operated by Matthew Baggetta in Ontario, Canada. This notice explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you use a form on this site, we may collect your name, organization, email or phone number, website, the service you need, and your message.
You choose what to share. If you leave a field blank, we simply will not have that detail.
We use the details you submit to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss the services you have asked about, and maintain the business records we need to keep.
We do not sell your information.
We use FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery processor, to forward your submission to us by email. Its own service and privacy terms govern how it processes that data.
The website is hosted by Vercel, and Vercel Web Analytics may collect aggregate usage and technical information about visits to the site.
We also measure enquiry steps, including opening the form, starting to fill it in, attempting to submit it, and returning to the thank-you page. These events include the page, button location, and selected service category. Analytics may also retain predefined campaign labels, such as a link from LinkedIn or a newsletter. We do not include your name, email address, business details, or message in these analytics events.
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, page use, and those same enquiry steps. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Microsoft Clarity measures how visitors use pages and may create session recordings and heatmaps. Form contents are masked in Clarity. We do not send form names, email addresses, business details, or messages as analytics event details. Visits with unrecognised URL parameters are not sent to Clarity.
To avoid counting ordinary thank-you page visits as enquiries, we temporarily store a random submission marker and those categories in your browser tab. The marker can match a return for up to one hour and is removed when used or when the tab session ends. It is not an advertising identifier.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stay off unless you turn on the setting below. The Analytics choices link in the footer brings you here. No prompt appears automatically. We save your choice in this browser so we can respect it on later visits. Turning the setting off reloads the page without those optional tags. Vercel Web Analytics and the form delivery described above are separate from this choice.
You may request access to the information you have submitted, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some details may need to be retained to meet legal and business-record requirements.
